​Private Events
Any private event arranged between client and Complete Eats will require a $500 retainer fee to secure the requested date. The client will receive an invoice via Square or PayPal from Complete Eats to complete this payment electronically.This $500 retainer fee is non-refundable. The client must provide a credit card on file for incidentals when booking any event. The information is entered by the client themselves when paying the retainer fee online. No party other than the client is able to see or have access to this credit card information once entered in the payment system. Credit card information will be released and removed once the event is complete and all payments are completely paid in full.
Private Events, Dinners, Cooking Classes/Demos
If the client has paid via square Complete Eats will handle the refund procedure. If the client has paid via Paypal the client must request a refund through the PayPal system and all procedures must be carried out and documented through PayPal. The client has 48 hours to accept the refund before it is cancelled and revisited for further actions.

Should it become necessary for Client to terminate this Agreement for any of these events, and the event date is greater than thirty (30) days, Caterer shall be entitled to retain any and all expenditures to date, including but not limited to contracted labor, special orders, rentals and/or proposals costs.

If Agreement is terminated within thirty (30) days of the event, Caterer shall be entitled to retain twenty-five percent (25%) of deposit and seek any additional expenditures to date, including but not limited to contracted labor, special orders, rentals, and/or proposals costs.

If Agreement is terminated within fourteen (14) days of the event Caterer shall be entitled to retain any deposit paid and seek any additional losses including but not limited to contracted labor, special orders, rentals and/or proposals costs.

If an Agreement is drawn within five (5) days of the event, Client agrees to pay full event costs per bid
Any refunds exceed 365 days or one year from termination are at the discretion of Complete Eats.
